Gage Rods

Kimes Steel & Rail, Inc. manufactures railroad track gauge rods at our plant in New Haven, WV. We make gage rods in single end and double end with both offered in insulated and non-insulated versions. Our insulated gage rods are made with GPO-3 fiberglass based insulation for the best electrical resistance and minimum water absorption. We also manufacture 1" gauge rods for your smaller rail sizes and special track gages.
